Ondato is a fast-growing compliance startup that offers a complete compliance management suite for all KYC requirements in financial and other sectors that wish to provide their services in cyberspace. Our platform provides an integrated banking-core friendly solution that spans both photo and live video identity verification, data monitoring, screening, due diligence, risk scoring and case management.

The primary role of the Partnership Development Representative is to take ownership of the full partnership development process, from partner acquisition to partner sales and support. The successful candidate will be able to identify and build relationships with exclusive partners, technology partners and affiliate partners while navigating both the complexities of their businesses and identifying business value for all parties. In this role, you will work hand in hand with the Head of Partnerships helping to build a successful and sustainable partnership channel.


What are you going to do:

  • Effectively communicate Ondato’s solution to potential partners in a well-organized, thoughtful approach;
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn with support from the Lead-Generation tool;
  • Understand business needs and collaboration angles with a potential partner;
  • Work closely with the Head of Partnerships to help identify and develop opportunities;
  • Build a strong pipeline of partnerships opportunities from a list of created target companies in the lead generation tool as well as individual outreach;
  • Track all partnership activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly;
  • Be ready to operate in a start-up environment.

Job requirements

You’ll fit right in if you:

  • have 2+ years of partnerships, business development or B2B sales experience (ideally in SaaS, fintech, or marketplace field);
  • have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
  • have the ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty;
  • have great time management and planning skills;
  • work independently, with an entrepreneurial and growth mindset while also effectively working as a part of a team
  • utilize CRM to build pipelines and successfully manage revenue opportunities
  • have the ability to discover new potential business and partner opportunities;
  • are a fast learner but already know a fair bit about the fintech market, (knowledge about KYC is an advantage).
  • are fluent in English, other languages are an advantage!
